Harrington Waters is another estate done by the developer Roche Group . It is not surprising that even here they have a bad reputation. In Qld as the developers of Calypso Bay they have developed a reputation as someone you do not want to buy property from. They are know as being arrogant, disrespectful and using bully tactics. They do not live up to promises and have no problems extorting money from people who live in their estates but want to sell.
